Position Summary Safely and efficiently operate assigned transportation equipment in the pick-up and delivery of donated goods and designated items. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.) 1. Completes pre-trip inspections and notify management team of any equipment issues or concerns. 2. Follows all organizational safety regulations in the pick-up and delivery of donated goods and other items. 3. Ensures all required paperwork and updates are communicated to the Dispatcher or designee. 4. Safely, accurately and efficiently ensures loads are secure before transport, following all route assignments and all items are delivered to the correct destination. 5. Must be able to work independently without the need for close, direct supervision, while exercising good judgement in behaviors and communication, providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Supervisory Responsibilities The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.Loading... Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance High School Diploma or GED preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience.Loading... 2 Years' experience in a related field required.Loading...
