Due to significant growth in 2022 which is set to continue throughout 2023 and beyond, we are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.The business is fully funded, and not beholden to venture capitalists or anybody else.With an accomplished and experienced management team, this is the ideal opportunity for a well-motivated Sales Manager to get in at the beginning of an incredible growth story and help shape the sales teams that will follow.Rather than reporting to a Team Leader or Mid-Management, as is the case with the majority of roles, this is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Co-Founder/Managing Director.Everybody's development journey is different, and therefore this role is open to people with anything from 12 months commercial Sales experience upwards. The key pre-requisite is that you must have a passion for Sales and as a remote working position be self motivated and pro-active. A great working attitude, a willingness to learn quickly, and to work hard is also essential.A background in technology / software would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.You will develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts and build sales and growth from qualified leads.This role has an excellent base salary plus a generous uncapped bonus structure.Role Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:- Develop and grow your existing account base- Respond to live chat and web enquiries- Conduct product demos online and create proposal documents- Conduct relevant product and service training with new clients- Consistently ensure all clients have a clear understanding of new upgrade opportunities- Identify and drive new business opportunitiesSkills & Experience:- Minimum of 12 Months B2B Sales experience- Structured, disciplined, energetic, committed to individual and business improvement- Positive attitude, growth mind set- Open and honest team player- Commercially astute.
