Restorative Aide - Full Time

  • Hourly Pay: $21 to $24 hour
  • Shift Differential/Additional Hourly Pay: $2.00 for Evenings, $3.00 for Nights, $3.00 for Weekends


  • Full-time
  • 4 on 2 off rotation


Under general supervision, actively incorporates the company's Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. assists residents in various therapeutic activities designed to aid them regain more independent lives, especially after injury or illness. Develops awareness of residents interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Creates a safe environment in which to provide direct resident care and assist in residents activities of daily living. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.

  • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Restorative Program Education. Certification is required for entry for this position.
  • Experience/Training- Minimum of one-year experience preferred.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - CNA or state equivalent. RNA and CPR.
