Role Overview:

SCRUM Master to help software development teams meet their timelines. This person will be a part of the development teams and serve as a mentor, conflict resolver, and someone who removes roadblocks so that the development team can stay focused on delivering high quality software. This person will interact with management to communicate status, ask for help removing roadblocks, and negotiate deliverables on behalf of the team.

Role Responsibilities:

Identify and coordinate agile training

Create and assist with backlog management

Plan/lead/participate in department agile transformation initiatives

Lead/participate in agile ceremonies/meetings

Support teams

Track and provide project KPI status to management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering

Excellent technical writing and speaking skills

Excellent conflict resolution skills

2+ years experience operating in a Scaled Agile Environment

2+ years practicing the SCRUM methodology

2+ years using Jira and Jira Align for managing software products at scale

Desired Qualifications:

Successful experience in implementing Scaled Agile Framework in a large enterprise

5+ years operating in a Scaled Agile Environment

5+ years using Jira and Jira Align for managing software products at scale

Experience with Git and GitHub workflows for managing code
