Title: Quality Systems Analyst/Application Developer - ETQ Reliance
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Location: 100% Remote Work - (Painted Post, NY)
Pay Rates: W2 Only (no C2C)
Job Description:
Ideal candidate would have experience with upgrades to ETQ (we are upgrading from 2017 to 2020) This will be supporting the Life Sciences division specifically.
Scope of Position:
This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ETQ Reliance Quality Management solutions. This person will work with business leaders, users, and IT resources to scope and define, develop, implement, and support standardized quality management solutions. The role will also include implementing best practices regarding solution design, development, implementation, and support of such systems. The position requires good communication skills with IT and Quality professionals who specialize in their support fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and support the Quality Management System (QMS) via ETQ Reliance
Ensure that Corning follows industry best practices, and promotes standardization across divisions and software instances
Maintain internal customer communication to gather, define, develop, and support solutions while assuring timely status updates and issue resolution
Meet all requirements for life sciences FDA software validation, 21 CFR Part 11
Produce technical documentation for new and existing system applications
Provide support and troubleshooting of IT systems and data interfaces
Assist with data reporting
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Education & Experience:
1-3 years of application developer experience
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience with object-oriented programing (.NET, Python)
SQL scripting and experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to effectively gather requirements from customers to present information and potential solutions
Time management and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and provide accurate estimates for time and effort required to complete tasks
Ability to work independently to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document quality system requirements
Flexibility - able to change and adjust smoothly as the situation demands

Desired Skills:
Experience with quality management processes (Document Control, Change Management, Audits Management, CAPA, etc.)
ETQ Reliance experience, preferably with FDA validation experience
Experience with REST APIs and API developer/management solutions (MuleSoft)
Power BI dashboard creation and modification experience
Apache Tomcat experience
Basic project management experience
