PSR Solutions are proud to be partnering with this leading multidisciplinary infrastructure construction company, specialising in the development and delivery of key infrastructure projects including fibre optic networks, railway construction and systems, roads and tunnelling. They currently have an immediate requirement within their new regional business for a Project Office Manager to support the mobilisation and delivery of new build fibre in the Anglia region. Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide a wide range of office management and administrative support to the Project Team and to enable the effective operation and smooth running of the Project Office. Key responsibilities will include: Responsible for managing files, creating documents, correspondence and reports. Management of Diaries, scheduling of appointments and meetings. Responsible for the effective running of the project office, desk allocation, meeting room use, printing and copying. Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries Ensuring the availability of general office supplies Producing project notices, briefings, and communication updates. For this position, the ideal candidate should have the following skills, experience and knowledge: Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills. Good interpersonal and time management. Excellent organisation and problem-solving. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.Desirable (training will be provided): Previous experience of providing administration support to a construction project office
