Planning & Compliance Administrator Sevenoaks £25-29K + Company Package. Do you live local to Sevenoaks, Kent? Are you sick of commuting to London? Do you have experience within property services / commercial maintenance / compliance? We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a close-knit team based in a regional Kent office. Duties will involve Maintenance Planning, this will include taking incoming jobs via email / company system / phone and logging them correctly on the system, allocating jobs to engineer s schedules, liaising with engineers on job updates, scheduling PPMs (planned preventative maintenance), updating all compliance / certification to jobs, ensuring the business is fully compliant with all legislation. Package: £25,000 - £29,000 basic salary 30 days paid holiday. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 as standard Company sick pay Private healthcare Progression opportunities Social Events Requirements: Able to commute to Sevenoaks on a daily basis. Ideally have experience either within the commercial maintenance / building services industries or within a compliance role. Strong Microsoft IT Skills - word / excel etc Happy to communicate with engineers and customers via phone and email.
