Our Naperville and Oakbrook Terrace, IL physical therapy centers are looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time split basis. These clinics are located in medical professional buildings and consist of 2 additional therapists that treat a varied caseload, including pelvic health, ortho, lymphedema and oncology. In addition to pelvic health, the opportunity to pursue and expand other specialty service lines like cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema also exist for interested candidates. This candidate would have the opportunity to work with the ReVital Program Director to grow their cancer rehabilitation caseload. Schedule includes at least 2 evening shifts and will be filled with ortho patients while building ReVital volume.

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating both our oncologic and orthopedic population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Compensation: Starting at $70,000/yr.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

New Grads welcome to apply!
Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinical rotation
Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
Affiliation with APTA recommended but not required
Pelvic health experience
Interest in cancer rehabilitation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift; must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds dead weight alone.
Ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a work day/shift.
Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to evaluate, diagnose and monitor patient needs and to maintain accurate records, recognize people and provide directions.
Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
Ability to push wheeled equipment through the facility and in the community.
Possess fine motor skills for legible and accurate writing of reports, charting, scheduling, daily correspondence and presentations, either manually or through use of dictation equipment.
Possess fine motor skills for effective and efficient handling of diagnostic or therapeutic equipment.
