Description
As the Partner Alliance Manager overseeing our global technology partners within the Connect Technology Partners team, youll have the opportunity to manage prominent and innovative global technology partners in the HCM and WFM space, and integrate partner solutions into our HCM, WFM and HRSD products from start to finish. Youll oversee partner enablement, integration design, the go-to-market strategy and partner success.You will also work closely with field alliances and our field sales organizations to ensure product partner solutions add value to their UKG opportunities when appropriate.
UKGs partner ecosystem is designed to scale and grow quickly, by allowing partners to build and maintain their integrations, utilizing our API library and developer tools. UKG also provides a cutting-edge marketplace for customers to shop for low-cost, seamless partner integrations.Using your ability to combine strong partner management, technical understanding, product lifecycle management, and effective communication, youll help cross-functional teams support customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in extending the value of UKG products through integrated partner solutions.
This unique role leverages a diverse skill set and requires motivation, energy, and someone passionate about global alliances and the HR technology industry. The Global Solutions Partners team operates in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and requires someone that is self-motivated and can manage numerous and concurrent initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the executive, product, technology, sales, marketing and legal teams to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives throughout the organization.
Help set and drive global product and go-to-market strategy for UKG.
Maintain direct and engaging relationships with existing partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues and serving as an internal advocate.
Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative evaluation of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.
Coordinate joint sales activities and drive new business opportunities with key partners.
Keep up to date on global industry news and WFM/HCM trends to drive strategy.
Qualifications
Required:
5 years of enterprise business experience
Minimum 3 years experience working with stakeholder as a SME
Comfortable with business users and technical language
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree
Management Consulting, Channel Management, Partner or Alliances experience
Integration experience
Strong Human Capital Management and/or Workforce Management industry knowledge
Must be able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines while prioritizing the critical path for each partner.
A strategic thinker, a self-starter, someone who can act fearlessly and operate tactically in a potentially high stress environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to remain impartial and identify options to thought provoking scenarios.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Colorado Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $105,800 & $125,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
