The Head Chef of this boutique country inn is seeking a JuniorSous Chef to assist with the management of the properties 2 kitchens whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers Rosette standard fine dining, traditional pub menus and banqueting where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, so needs a Junior Sous Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.
An experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
