Our client is a prestigious education provider based in Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Working within a SSC/HRBP model, you will work as a true HR Business partner, delivering the people strategy, developing the workforce plan and providing strategic advice and guidance to key stakeholders.
We are looking for a HR professional who is ideally CIPD7 qualified and who has experience across the HR Discipline (Employee Relations, Policy, Resourcing, OD/Change etc). Previous experience within complex ER setting would also be an advantage.
This is a great next step for those looking to develop their profile as a business partner, you will use coaching skills frequently in this role and will gain exposure to very senior stakeholders who you will partner with to craft suitable HR solutions.
