Front of House Manager We have an amazing opportunity for a Front of House Manager, for a well-established hotel, in West London. This reputable hotel company in London offers a salary of £30,000 per year and additional benefits. What does the role entail? As the Front of House Manager, you will report to the General Manager and manage the Reception day and night Team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, providing a great guest experience, meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations at all times. You will be managing the team, providing training, and ensuring all the check-in and check-out procedure is carried out efficiently. You will be creating or updating the SOP to ensure the targets are met. You will also require handling escalated issues, ensuring the employee's and customer's well-being standards are always kept at the highest level. What skills will you have? To be considered for this Front of House Manager position, you must have worked in a similar role or have relevant experience gained working in Hotels. You will remain calm under pressure and be happy working a variety of shifts, including early starts and weekends, over a 48-hour week. What is on offer?
