The FP&A Reporting Analyst will report to the Manager of FP&A and be responsible for a variety of tasks, including P&L Analysis, ARR analysis, management reporting, forecasting and special projects.

About the role:
  • Prepare monthly management reporting for Leadership.
    • You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and communication of monthly results.
  • Maintain, refresh and improve upon the current financial models.
    • You will be responsible for reporting of key metrics as well as continually improving our reporting capability
  • Work across all areas of the company to ensure forecasting is accurate, reliable and timely
    • You will work with leaders in Accounting/Finance, Sales, R&D and Professional Services to ensure reports are accurate and include all major variables
  • Utilize key SaaS metrics such as CAC/LTV, GRR/NRR and rule of 40 to analyze business performance and make recommendations to Leadership
    • You will also be responsible for researching and developing new metric reporting to better enable business performance and decision making
  • Work on other projects and duties as required

Experience & Skills we value:
  • 2+ years in accounting/finance (or 1+ years in FP&A/Analysis type role)
    • FP&A and SaaS background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of all major financial statements and GAAP accounting (Income Statement/Balance Sheet/Cash Flows).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, macros and VBA
  • SQL Knowledge preferred
  • Netsuite/Adaptive knowledge preferred
