If you have you have experience of engagement with high profile corporates, B2B, blue chip, FTSE 100, professional services, financial services or similar. The Role of Engagement Adviser This role supports delivery of the institute's flagship Quality Assurance Scheme accreditation. The role's core purpose is to coordinate Senior Quality Assurance Representatives through creating and managing the content of an exclusive online forum and series of events. It also involves working with colleagues to promote the QAS with a view to expanding the coverage of the scheme. The role holder reports into the Engagement Manager, and works with them, and the wider Regulatory Policy Team, to ensure that the QAS delivers its strategic and operational requirements. This is a member facing role, involving coordinating a variety of key stakeholders (particularly at accredited organisations). Person Specification Essential Strong communication skills, in particular excellent written communication skills Detail oriented and able to quickly comprehend complex information Marketing, member communications or event experience Experience of stakeholder management, partnership building or professional relationship management Web design/content drafting and management Experience of working with senior staff and communicating comfortably at all levels Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages and databases Strong planning and organisational skills and ability to multi-task A proactive approach with a focus on improving processes and solving problems Ability to be flexible with tasks undertaken Ability to use judgement to determine best course of action Desirable Experience of working for a regulator or professional body Experience of working in an organisation with volunteer input Experience of regulatory and/or quality compliance To apply to this role Engagement Adviser please send your CV Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
