At an exciting time of growth in our business, we have recently recruited five Customer Service Representatives, but we are still looking to expand the team further to deal with our ever increasing workflow. Our hours are Monday to Friday between 9am 5.30pm (with no weekend or bank holiday working!). We recognise different people need different things from work and we are happy to consider part-time and flexible work. What will I be doing? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via the phone, delivering an excellent customer journey as they use our services. Equipped with an excellent skillset from our brilliant training, you will be ready to handle any phone call making sure our customers can continue to expect the high quality of care they ve grown used to. Unlike so many other jobs, this means no cold calling. Our customers will be calling because they want to speak to you! What we are looking for - A good level of IT literacy - Fantastic listening and communication skills - A great eye for detail Customer service experience would be beneficial to your application, as would experience in sectors such as insurance, retail and hospitality.
