Dates & Required Availability:  Full availability 1 year agreement preferred

Shift & Call Details: 
Shift: M-F 7a-3p or 9a-5p
Call: On call is every 10th weekend and 1 call shift every other week

Credentialing Timeframe:  2 weeks

Job Details:

• Setting: OR IP/OP
• Patient Volume: 8-12
• Required Procedures: General surgery, ENT, Ortho, OB, Gynecology, endoscopic, urology, spines and cervicals, cataracts
• APP Support/Supervision: 3 anesthesiologists, 8 CRNAs
• EMR: Cerner
• Client Requirements: # of ORs: 8, with 2 urology rooms, 1 endoscopy room, 1 OB c-section room
• Travel Accommodations: Paid for by Client, looking for long term placement with stipend for living.
