Position Overview:

As a Gold Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, Trusted Tech Team is on a mission to help as many existing Microsoft customers as possible reduce their monthly Microsoft 365 licensing costs.

Becoming a Business Development Representative is the first step to a rewarding and lucrative career in tech sales. Trusted Tech Team is welcoming driven individuals who are looking to get into the tech space. We will provide the tools and the training to help ensure your success.

The Business Development Representative will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes target market penetration, calling on CXOs, senior-level executives, trade show attendance, participating in creative campaigns, and more.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities.
  • Follow-up on marketing-generated leads, webinars, and events.
  • Pre-call planning and research, which includes defining objectives for the call, setting an agenda, and mapping conversations and talking points.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and provide a high-level overview of Trusted Tech Team products and services to prospective clients.
  • Establish a sales call and email structure for interacting with prospects.
  • Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that align with Trusted Tech Team's core values and culture.
  • Become a trusted resource with prospects by educating them on how they can reduce their costs and receive upgraded support with Trusted Tech Team's services.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous sales process optimization.

You'll be qualified if you have:

You'll get bonus points for:

  • Experience with a CRM / Outbound sales platform, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn
