Position Highlights:
The Brand Manager position will be responsible for consumer and trend research to create strategies that will define how people perceive the brand. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events. This position will work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. The Brand Manager will plan ways to promote-and grow the public perception of-and engage in the Moffitt brand. The Brand Manager will be responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into lay terms.
  • Ability to work in both contributor and team roles.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Project Managements systems, Web CMS, CRM such as Salesforce, Email Management or Marketing Automation platforms such as Exact Target, Pardot and Marketo.
  • Knowledge of creative concept creation and graphic design software such as InDesign.
  • Account management experience is helpful, but not a must.
  • Knowledge of printing/promo and pre-press process.
  • Develops, manages and executes creative projects & strategies for the organization.
  • Develops and implements production processes& schedules and provides excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the brand guidelines are followed and consistent in all Strategic Marketing output.
  • Collaborate with director on creative strategies for the brand platform and any product development.
  • Enhances the creative quality across all channels of marketing and external communications.
  • Develops, executes and maintains strong content deliverables and distributes to the full team for use in all channels
Credentials And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, or Communications required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years experience in advertising, marketing or communications in a corporate or agency environment. Healthcare industry experience a plus.
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience, project management, and/or project team lead experience.
  • Experience with a variety of software including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.
  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing/communications.
  • Familiarity with campaign and brand design concepts.
