Agile ways of working are critical principals to designing high performance organizations, and more and more traditional companies are moving towards a more Agile organization. BCG sees the potential to massively increase the size of the business for the firm, based on the size of the cases we have sold and the amount of demand. In line with this growth, several aspects of the business will need to be critically accelerated and focused on in order to effectively capture the opportunity. These aspects include: building the team of both technical and commercial resources that can deliver Agile expertise effectively to our clients, developing a pipeline of reference clients and lighthouse projects, developing IP to productize our offering and setting up robust business processes for the topic. The firm has made significant commitment to scale and commercialize Agile as a business accelerator. It is supported by both the TA, People and Organization (POP), DigitalBCG and Knowledge leadership.

As a Co-op you will join the Global Agile at Scale Product Management Team, responsible for supporting the end to end management of the Agile at Scale topic at BCG. You will help with internal business development, knowledge management and case team support.

This position requires an eagerness to be part of a growing and fast-paced global team, operating in an agile and "semi start-up mode" within BCG. Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities and eagerness to lean in to support team when needed, are also critical for success in this role.

Support the Agile Product Management Team in delivering the topic, IP and content agenda around Agile, and in building the topic community
  • Contribute to go-to market materials, and internal and external publications, including bimonthly internal newsletter
  • Manage presence and content on internal BCG website and microsites and participate in knowledge infrastructure projects, surveys, etc.
  • Help support internal events for growing Agile community to foster knowledge exchange and disseminate important topic updates coming out of our Global meeting like WWOM, FPA/IPA meetings, Agile Community of Interest calls

Work together with the Product Management Team to monitor business and operational performance and guide priorities:
  • Monitor budget, commercial pipeline and strategic investments
  • Update the client revenue tableau dashboard
  • Develop presentation decks for the Agile Leadership team (Operating Committee, Advisory Board, Global Leadership team)
  • Support priority growth projects across the globe by monitoring their KPIs and progress on a regular basis

Support Agile at Scale Knowledge Team on ad hoc case/proposal work to better understand the core of BCG's business
  • Contribute to Agile knowledge and IP by managing key databases and knowledge documents
  • Support case teams by writing material for proposals and selling documents
  • Identify relevant experts and connects them to case and proposals team

  • Must meet the co-op program eligibility requirements of the current college/university's academic department and student must be approved by the college/university to participate in the co-op program
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the co-op cycle (July - December)
  • Must be authorization to work in the United States


You will work with the Agile at Scale Knowledge team based out of the ACC - Boston office and with the Agile at Scale Topic leadership team globally
