About the Opportunity At Studio we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have exciting opportunities for brilliant Administrators to join our busy, growing Financial Services team. As Credit and Fraud Administrator, you will process and administer assigned customer credit and cash account requests and fraud case closures in line with set criteria, quality and regulatory standards and expectations Processing and administering of assigned customer credit account and cash account requests, adhering to set criteria and standards Closing assigned fraud and re-opened fraud cases in line with set criteria, standards and expectations Adhering to all compliance, governance, risk and Studio standards Who are we looking for? We are looking for people with excellent administration skills, who enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in the retail, would be great, but just as important is attention to detail and a passion for doing a good job. Experience of working within the retail, financial services sector Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment Is systematic in approach to problem solving Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team Attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written IT literate Why Studio?
