Our North Leicester based client are keen to appoint a Office Administration Assistant to join their office team for a permanent part-time position. This part-time position will be working up to 22-25 per week, Monday to Friday 10am- 3.00pm, every week.
This position has been created to complete an Administration tasks, consisting of completing administration and the follow up actions on the daily tasks that arise. Supporting with deliveries, providing Administration support to the regional manager and some Project Managers, including possible simple financial tasks such as raising invoices.
Good administration skills will be required along with the ability to answer the telephone with confidence and be the first responder to various enquiries. The ideal applicant will need to have excellent Customer Service and Administration skills, plus excellent communication and organisational skills, good knowledge of all MS packages including Word and Excel.
With strong Administration skills and the ability to complete various tasks across any day.
